THE STRATEGY OF TERROR

I bring you greetings from Greece, the country that gave birth
of the Olympic Games and from Athens, the city of hosting the modern
Olympic Games in August, 2004. During the Olympic Games the Ancient
Greeks had succeeded Peace, by instituting the Olympic Armistice
that provided a stopping of all the wars three months before and
three months after the Games. Now, after 2700 years the New World
Order made the Games a military and police event.
Terrorizing the Olympic Games
The news from Athens is not good. The most peaceful and joyful
global holiday-the Olympic Games- has been made a terrible demonstration
of anti- terror paranoia. Actually, USA and NATO-due to their fear
for a terrorist attack- made it a show of terror with the most sophisticated
and costly spy-devises. (e.g cameras, infra red, zeppelin balloon,
metal tracing machines, submarines cables, complex command and controls
systems, systems for protection against biological and chemical
war, the patrolling of the 6th fleet, NATO AWACS , armed NATO commandos,
etc) So, the real winner of the Olympic Games is USA, NATO and the
multi-national companies that made astronomical profit at the expenses
of the Hellenic people. In the name of fear and threat, they killed
the peaceful ideals of friendship and cooperation between all peoples
that is the real spirit of the Olympic Games. A visible and invisible
anti-terror net that has been spread upon the quiet city of Athens,
that, we suspect, will remains after the Games in order to spy the
citizens. The people are protesting, because they believe that all
these excessive measures is the alibi to put in effect the undemocratic
laws of the New World Order, that limit the human rights and pave
the ground for their global Dictatorship.
Two Faces of the same Strategy
It is evident that after the collapse of the bipolar system the
vicious center in Washington invented the Terrorism as an alternative
enemy. Terror and anti-Terror are two faces of the same strategy.
Al ? Qaeda is not a huge monster, stronger than the USA, as they
present it. There is not serious evidence that actually exists such
a terrorist organization. Even if it exists is probably a covert
organ controlled by the Zionist-American Establishment. The Terror
Strategy is acting with two branches: The State Terrorism(known
as anti-terrorism) and the Organization Terrorism. Their real scope
is to impose the undemocratic laws. The first victim was the American
people that suffered human losses at 9/11 attack. Millions of people
demonstrate in the big cities against the American occupation in
Iraq, as well as the preparation for a new attack against Iran.
Arch-terrorist is the American president-and the vicious circle
behind him- that is using smart bombs, missiles against the uncombatant
population, keeps people in Guantanamo and other prisons without
trial, orders tortures for the prisoners, violates the Human Rights,
imposes Patriot Acts and Anti-Terror Laws, intervenes in foreign
countries without the legal permission of the Security Council of
the U. N etc.
The Liars
According to the conclusions of the investigations in the USA
and Britain: gMr. Bush and Blair are liarsh They made a war against
Iraq without any evidence of mass destruction weapons. The American
Administration has not tell the truth about the 9/11 attack against
the World Trade Centre. If somebody knows about the plotting and
does not react is surely a plotter and a conspirator. In the USA
the front of non believers of the official acceptation for the 9/11
strike is broadened [Recent information show that the American government
was familiar of the gterrorist plottingh and did not react to stop
them. Why? So the first acceptation is true, that the 9/11 was made
by the same mystic centres in order to develop better their Terror
Strategy. In Spain did not exist suicide bombers? The only terrorist
group that could be efficient to control the editorial group of
gNew York Timesh is the N.O.S(Novus Ordo Seclorum) that is sponsored
by the Wall Street M , is informed by the Bfnai Bfrith and from
the corruptive military section of Special Forces in Tel Aviv]
The gmotherh of Crisis
Another point of major crisis is the Palestinian issue. In Europe
everybody knows that the war in Palestine is not fed by the hostility
between the two peoples, but from the continuation of the brutal
Israeli occupation o Palestine, that lasts more than half a century.
Dr. Ghandi said that gthere is not Peace without Justiceh They use
their mass media in order to misinform and disorientate the pubic
opinion about their big crimes against the humanity. Friedrich Nitze
said that: gwhichever fights monster is threatened to become he
a monsterh and gif you are looking for long at the abyss, then the
abyss is looking at youh. At the present time USA has bring the
world to the abyss of the gterrorh, by imposing world-wide the fear
and insecurity and looking for more than half of a century at the
Nuclear Weapons and the abyss of a nuclear war. However an incident
like that can be happened any time : "MOSCOW - It was just
past midnight as Stanislav Petrov settled into the commander's chair
inside the secret bunker at Serpukhov-15, the installation where
the Soviet Union monitored its early-warning satellites over the
United States. Then the alarms went off. On the panel in front him
was a red pulsating button. One word flashed: "Start."
It was Sept. 26, 1983, and Petrov was playing a principal role in
one of the most harrowing incidents of the nuclear age, a false
alarm signalling a U.S. missile attack."
The Nightmarish Scenario
Since no one has ever experienced a massive nuclear attack, it seems
natural to assume it will never happen. For many people, the idea
of a nuclear attack is an abstraction - something so extreme and
so
unrealistic that it seems it can happen only in motion pictures
or in novels. Many people assume that world leaders would never
be so irresponsible as to let an all-out nuclear war actually take
place.
Little do they know . . ." Imagine the case that a 10-kiloton
nuclear bomb (a pipsqueak in weapons terms) is smuggled into Manhattan
and explodes at Grand Central. Some 500,000 people are killed, and
the U.S. suffers $1 trillion in direct economic damage. That scenario,
cited in a report last year from the John F. Kennedy School of Government
at Harvard, could be a glimpse of our future. We urgently need to
control nuclear materials to forestall that threat, but in this
war on proliferation, we're now slipping backward. President Bush
(after ignoring the issue before 9/11) now forcefully says the right
things - but still doesn't do enough. "We're losing the war
on proliferation," Andrew F. Krepinevich Jr., a military expert
and executive director of the Centre for Strategic and Budgetary
Assessments, says bluntly. Until recently, nuclear trends looked
encouraging. President Kennedy and others in the early 1960's expected
dozens of countries to develop atomic weapons quickly, but in fact
controls largely worked. Even now, only eight nations definitely
possess nuclear weapons. The American president despite pretends
that is against the mass destruction weapons, keeps silent for Israel,
that has perhaps 200 nuclear weapons. Is Israel above the international
laws?
Israel gUberallesh
Israel has warned that it is prepared to take unilateral military
action against Iran if the international community fails to stop
any development of nuclear weapons at the countryfs atomic energy
facilities. Israel has told Washington it is prepared to act alone
and launch a strike similar to its attack on Iraq in 1981 when its
air force bombed a nuclear reactor near Baghdad. However it means
a new war that can be developed with nuclear weapons. Israel also
made the 9/11 attack in New York and Washington by using Arab terrorists
in order to intervene the USA into the terrorist war. Their main
purpose is to change the status quo in the Middle East and apply
their gMaster Planh for the global domination] The only good news
is that Libya abandoned its weapons
program. But all in all, the risks of a nuclear 9/11 are increasing.
"I wouldn't be at all surprised if nuclear weapons are used
over the next 15 or 20 years," said Bruce Blair, president
of the Center for Defense Information, "first and foremost
by a terrorist group that gets its hands on a Russian nuclear weapon
or a Pakistani nuclear weapon."
My conclusion is that the same vicious center will use the nuclear
terror in order to pass through their plotting plans
The Nuclear Programs of North Korea and Pakistan
Thanks to the ineptitude of hard-liners in Mr. Bush's administration,
and their refusal to engage in meaningful negotiations, North Korea
is going all-out to make warheads. It may have just made six new
nuclear weapons. Then there is Iran, which has sought nuclear weapons
since the days of the Shah, and whose nuclear program seems to have
public support. Finally, there is the real grogueh nation of proliferation,
Pakistan. We know that Abdul Qadeer Khan, the Islamist father of
Pakistan's bomb, peddled materials to Libya and North Korea, and
we don't know who else. "It may be that A. Q. Khan & Associates
already have passed bomb-grade nuclear fuel to the Qaeda, and we
are in for the worst," warns Paul Leventhal, founding president
of the Nuclear Control Institute. I would say that the only solution
to become the world safer is the broader region of the Middle East
should be Nuclear Free Zone
Another puzzle is why the Bush Administration that spends hundreds
of billions of dollars in Iraq doesn't try harder to secure uranium
and plutonium in Russia and elsewhere. [The bipartisan program to
secure weapons of mass destruction is starved for funds - but Mr.
Bush is proposing a $41 million cut in "cooperative threat
reduction" with Russia]
The gDirty Bombh
Unless the global community act more aggressively, it will get
a wake-up call from a nuclear explosion or, more likely, a "dirty
bomb" that uses radioactive materials routinely lying around
hospitals and factories. To clarify the stakes, here's a scenario
from the Federation of American Scientists for a modest terrorist
incident:
gA stick of cobalt, an inch thick and a foot long, is taken from
among
hundreds of such sticks at a food irradiation plant. It is blown
up with
just 10 pounds of explosives in a "dirty bomb" at the
lower tip of
Manhattan, with a one-mile-per-hour breeze blowing. Some 1,000 square
kilometers in three states is contaminated, and some areas of New
York City become uninhabitable for decadesh
The American Nuclear Terror
All the nuclear programs of the grogueh countries are gtooth sticksh
in front of the American huge nuclear programs such as:
1/ The gStar War Defenceh in a new edition
The US hawks have never forgotten the Star Wars. The scrapping
of the anti-ballistic missile treaty was one of the Bush rearmament
process and pushing for a Star Wars Defence. The supporters believe
that is "illogical" to "stop research and development
on a potential weapon that could destroy a terrorist group or prevent
a grogueh nation from creating a chemical-biological capacity deep
undergroundh. However the opponents expressed their worry that such
nuclear weapons would eventually be used. [Sen. Edward M. Kennedy
said: gIf we build them, we'll use themh and he warned gThose who
pushed for an end to the ban on the low-yield weapons said they
could target enemies more preciselyh]
2/ The gPenetratorh
A new dreadful weapon that the Americans are going to develop is
the Robust Nuclear Earth Penetrator. It could explode with as much
as 70 times the force of the atomic bomb dropped on Hiroshima, Japan,
toward the end of World War II. The Senate agreed to continue research
on the Penetrator, which could explode targets protected by rock
or hardened surfaces. A comparable bill for a study of low-yield
"mini nukes" was passed in the House. This project is
very dangerous because will contribute to the further proliferation
of nuclear weapons
Conclusions
Countries that do have nuclear weapons must stop the proliferation
of nuclear weapons to more countries. The people should work against
the very existence of nuclear weapons. As long as they exist, they
put humankind at risk and they unavoidably cause proliferation to
more countries. Nuclear abolition is the radical and intelligent
solution to the proliferation problem. Contemplating and planning
the use of nuclear weapons - as the nuclear Haves do - is the largest
terrorist act of all. Just guess why no democracy has ever held
a referendum on the issue of possessing nuclear weapons.
